What's up guys! I'm here today to talk about this week's "buzz"! This week in gaming, we see a major system update for the PS4 console. This update is update 5.0 or most popularly known as PS4.5! This is, in fact, a very big update and benefits users massively! This just adds ease into your PlayStation 4 lives! Anyways, we'll be looking at what changes are going out in this and the cool stuff! Let's get right into it!
Playstation Messages:
Now when you are in a messaging group or chat you can send links with a preview of the webpage and thumbnail! This is a great feature because you get to preview what you're getting into so it is an identified source! This is also great if you happen to (I doubt it tho) send my website links through chat which will make it an easier experience for someone interested!
Adding and Following Friends:
Before the update, you were only able to follow verified accounts on PlayStation but now the playing field got bigger! You can add and follow more friends without them being verified! This will be great to be able to interact with group owners and more!
App Updates:
There have also been a few changes to the PlayStation apps such as PlayStation Messages! In PlayStation Messages the change was they added 2 new sticker packs.This includes Horizon: Zero Dawn and Uncharted: The Lost Legacy! There is also an update to the PlayStation Communities app added a landscape mode functionality when you tilt your screen. That's not all though! They also added the following languages: Czech, Greek, Hungarian, Indonesian, Romanian, Thai and Vietnamese!
